Sewing and costume work
A costume needs more than a striking outer shape. Its sewn pieces determine how layers meet, where attachments sit and how the outfit feels when worn. We welcome custom sewing enquiries for flight suits, vests, panels, covers and other costume soft parts.
Designed around the layers
Describe the visible silhouette and the items worn above or below the garment. A stand-alone suit and a base layer beneath rigid parts may need different cuts, closures and access points. Share reference images and explain which details are essential.
For made-to-measure work, the relevant body measurements guide the pattern and proportions. We will confirm the measuring instructions for the agreed design; a general clothing size is only a starting point.
Choose the finish and construction
Fabric, colour, seams, fastenings, lining and reinforcement should be specified together. If a panel supports a pouch or a costume component, include the position and load in the brief so we can assess the construction.
Repairs and alterations need individual review. Send clear photographs and dimensions of the existing piece before arranging delivery. We will confirm whether the proposed work is feasible.
