Tell us the destination country and any event date with your enquiry. We confirm the proposed making schedule and available shipping options for the project. A date requested in a form is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Your delivery quote

Shipping cost depends on destination, parcel dimensions, weight and service. Large or delicate builds may need more than one parcel. The quote should state the included delivery service and any assumptions used to calculate it.

International deliveries

Customs processing and local import requirements can affect transit. Any applicable taxes, duties and responsibility for them must be explained in the order terms before payment. Contact us if the destination has restrictions relevant to the proposed item.

When a parcel arrives

Follow the provided unpacking and care information. Keep packaging and take photographs if you find transport damage, then contact us with the order number and details. For an order split across parcels, check every tracking reference.
