What can I commission?

We welcome enquiries for custom helmets, masks, flight suits, sewn costume pieces, belts, pouches, leather details and prop lighting or sound. Feasibility depends on the design, materials, use and schedule.

Can you work from my own design?

Send drawings, reference links and the features that matter to you. Please only provide material you are entitled to use. We will review the construction and scope before agreeing to a project.

Do I need to send measurements immediately?

No. Start with the type of piece and any known fit requirements. We will identify the measurements needed for the agreed design. State whether measurements are in centimetres or inches and which layers will be worn underneath.

How is a custom flight suit fitted?

Its pattern is planned from your measurements and intended layering. Tell us if it will be worn under rigid costume parts, a vest or a belt, because the silhouette and ease need to work together.

Is a raw kit ready to wear?

A raw kit normally needs further finishing and assembly. The exact state, parts and work remaining must be described in its listing or quote. Do not assume padding, straps, paint or electronics are included.

How much does a commission cost?

Price depends on the agreed pieces, materials, finish, sizing and electronics. Share your budget and currency with the brief. We will confirm a project-specific quote before requesting payment.

How long will it take?

Making time depends on the specification and workshop availability. Transit time is separate. Tell us your event date before ordering; a requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.

Can you add LEDs or sound?

These can be discussed for suitable designs. The quote must specify the intended effect, control method, power arrangement, access and what is included. We will not assume an existing prop is compatible without checking it.

Is every item ready to ship?

No. Custom commissions are made to an agreed brief. Only an item explicitly identified as Ready to Ship should be treated as a finished available piece; dispatch timing still needs to be stated.

Can I change the specification later?

Contact us as soon as possible. A change may affect materials, work already completed, price or timing. Any revised specification should be agreed in writing.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us with your order number, a description and relevant photographs. Customisation does not remove statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. The applicable terms should be reviewed before an order is confirmed.

Is a cosplay helmet protective equipment?

Our focus is costume and display work. Unless a product is explicitly certified for a stated protective use, do not use it as safety equipment. Check the rules of the event or venue before taking a prop there.
